History

Jude and her team have more than fifteen years’ international experience in the charity tele-fundraising sector across a variety of campaigns. Jude was a telefundraiser at Ethicall and then became Senior Coach. It was time for her to return to New Zealand where she managed a Call Center. She then decided to move out on her own and develop her own team. She has maintained close, honest and transparent relationships with key clients.

Telefundraising can be a menial task, especially when pitching the same content over a length of time. Jude has developed a culture of flexibility and a team that takes pride in their work, with a professional and respectful approach that goes beyond achieving targets. Where would we be without our telefundraisers? We are really keen for our clients to meet our telefundraisers and see first-hand the good work that they can do. So several times a year our telefundraisers volunteer and help the charities we work, plus a charity of their choice.

Case Study

A well-established charity with a high profile, had been struggling to raise funds for over a year, and had an outdated style of fundraising. Since working with J Lyon, their results increased dramatically, almost immediately.
• They had a 125% increase in regular giving donors.
• They raised more than $20,000 in one week twice (annual year 1 income).
• Their strongest telefundraiser raised $105,653, over a six-month period (annual year 1 income).
