What is Arcadia Preserves?
The meaning of Arcadia is an unspoiled, harmonious wilderness. We have gone beyond this and transferred it to preserves, which in simple terms are condiments and pickles. We take this artisanal nature of Arcadia and apply it to everything we make. Our products are simple, tasty, and good for you. No preservatives, chemicals, E-numbers, artificial colours or the like.
Our Product
We brought this company around from years of tasting mediocre products from big companies, they lack flavour, nutrition and appeal. Simply put our products are “what Grandma used to make.” We have taken grandma’s recipes from different cultures around the world, European, Asian, American, you name it, we probably have a product for you!
They are all made in small batch, 10 kilos at a time! This is to ensure the quality is the same across the board. Our products are vegan, major allergy free, so that means gluten free, dairy free, nut free, honey/pollen free. Unfortunately we are not organic…. Yet.

Beetroot and Ginger Kimchi – Beetroot, Ginger, Chilli, Spring Onions, Salt.
Beetroot Chutney – Beetroot, Garlic, Onions, Sugar, Salt, Vinegar, Coriander seeds, Bay Leaf.
Brinjal (Spicy Indian Eggplant Chutney) – Eggplant, Tomato, Salt, Garlic, Onions, Spices.
Caramelized Onion Relish – Onions, Sugar, Vinegar, Salt, Mustard (the same mustard we make!)
Carrot Kimchi – Carrot, Chilli, Garlic, Salt.
Daikon Kimchi – Daikon Radish, Garlic, Spring Onion, Chilli, Salt, Sugar.
Fermented Asparagus – Fresh Asparagus, Salt, Garlic, Black Pepper, Mixed Spices, Bay Leaf.
Rhubarb and Fennel Jam – Fresh Rhubarb, Fennel Seeds, Lemon Juice, Sugar.
Spicy Kimchi – Cabbage, Chilli, Sugar, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Spring Onion.
Wholegrain Mustard – Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Garlic, Salt, Sugar.
